Sherr family of attorneys brings its legacy back home to the county seat of Montgomery County
NORRISTOWN, March 14, 2017 – – We are pleased to announce the formation of Sherr Law Group, a law firm focused on litigation in the areas of municipal law, employment law, insurance defense, and products liability. The new law firm, upon its inception, decided to return to its roots and, once again, become part of the Norristown community.
“We wanted to be a part of Norristown’s revitalization,” said Anthony Sherr, founder of Sherr Law Group. “We are proud of our Norristown, PA, roots. I grew up working in Norristown and my father, Ronald Sherr, set up his law practice in Norristown in the early 1970’s. As time went by, businesses, especially law firms, were leaving Norristown. While I continued to work in the community, I wanted to expand my commitment as a Board Member of both the Greater Norristown PAL, and the Einstein Healthcare Network. We have come full circle and are pleased to be able to play a role in the continued revitalization of this historic area,” he added.
Sherr has a team of four attorneys which includes Sherr’s father, Ronald Sherr, who is about to celebrate his 60th year in the Montgomery County Bar Association, and is widely respected as a litigator and mediator. Sherr is a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of Delaware Law School. Sherr’s father Ronald, a 1956 graduate of Temple Law School.
